Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination.
Tangerine orders are perishable and not refundable once we have shipped. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we’ll refund your order. If your fruit arrives spoiled or damaged, we will refund your order.
We ship our fresh fruit USPS Priority Mail to the continental US and Alaska.
It’s illegal for us to ship fresh citrus to: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, and Hawaii. If we see that your order is set to ship to one of these states, we will refund your order and notify you.
All orders from the Eastern U.S. Will be shipped Monday or Tuesday because of shipping times (we want to make sure your order arrives perfectly fresh).
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. This excludes weekends and holidays. Thank you for being patient!
We currently do not offer intentional shipping. We’ll be sure to let you know when this changes!
Sales price protection
We’re a small farm and currently do not offer price protection for orders placed before our sales start.
Discount can be applied by entering the code at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied to subscription items.
Checking your order status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
