Refunds, returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns on our tangerine orders once your order has shipped.

We accept returns on marmalade up to 90 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund you the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We do not accept returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@marmaladegrove.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will do our best to resolve this.
